Cauliflower is also good for the heart, digestive system, and acts as an anti-inflammatory. Sulforaphane in cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables have been found to enhance blood pressure and kidney function.
This delicious vegetable is also full of choline, a B vitamin that is known for its role in brain development. Choline is very important during pregnancy and may be able to decrease age-related memory loss.
The chia seeds also play a leading role in this deliciously healthy vegan crust. Chia seeds are tiny black seeds that are full of fiber, protein, calcium, iron and Omega-3 fatty acids.
